In my honest humble opinion, luxury is about comfort. If acquiring something makes you uncomfortable financially, physically or emotionally, it sure aint a luxury! (this is relevant to shoes and men!)

The set above is an example of my personal style, I take risks with my style whilst trying to play it safe. It's an interesting place to be, like i'm teetering around the edge in stillettos with a rusty harness. I'm currently wearing the look right now minus celine bag-like i have that kind of money! and minus christian louboutin louis shoes-soon, i shall own those beauties soon! and minus azzedine alaia platforms-again-like i have that kind of money! i have replaced the sweet studded hi tops with my beat up converses, i love the contrast of my ugly shoes with my brand spanking new ankle length camel coat courtesy of very.com (thanks twiggy) and ive been rubbing the waxy chanel rouge coco all over my lips over the past couple of days as though i were some sort of crusty old harlot vying for customers-but i like it.

the turban(-inator) was a little thing i picked up on my second trip to new york this year and i decided it was someething i would be working into my personal style, y'know, just because. I enjoy it muchas.

is there anything you guys are wearing this new season thats a rework of the typical trends?

SHOE PORNAGE!!!

I saw these a couple of months ago and nearly cried because my lack of pennies meant i could not own them....



and then i saw these ashish for topshop beauts and knew i should own them...so i ordered them today...

so i was off acquiring goodies on the interweb and in actual stores...purchased myself a zara winter coat and embellished clutch (pictures soon), couldnt resist a louis vuitton wallet...argh i couldnt help myself

so i made myself a promise no more things

well maybe 1 or 4 pairs of shoes

(i have exactly 46....47 including leopard print wedges, i cant go into the new year with out a solid amount of shoes...50 is a solid amount right?)



and then i saw these 2...the grey 1s are gorgeous but they dont have my size :( and theyr soo givenchy (note studded wonders below)

and then theres these, grey seude strappy thingys and @ £35 i think they would satiate my desire for something grey but im getting grey trib toos (thanks to my terribly well connected stepmother) for christmas so are they necessary?

help me guys which ones do i buy argh?

since when have i been frugal and rational about purchasing shoes at half 3 in the morning?

Sexy Studs

These two glorious pairs of shoes are designed by Burberry. The first one (with the big studs) is about 2 seasons old and i still desperately love them. The second is this season burberry shoe, and well hmm... i appreciate the aesthetic but there is something hardcore and edgier about the first don't you think?...

I really want them. £495...damn.

look at this Louboutin designed piece of sexiness, also about 2 seasons old but when something looks this good who cares? My friend Jili has a pair and the first time i saw them she wore it with denim leggings and a huge over sized white tshirt and faux fur jacket.

she quite simply looked STELLA.

Now, look at these gorgeous chloe studded boots. This particular pair belongs to Erin Wasson. These are an amaze pair of boots.
